* Polyurethane - high load capacity, abrasion and tear resistance to chemicals
* Tires - good absorption shocks, works well in rough, uneven
* High temperature - Tire can be used in high temperatures
Bearings
There are several types of bearings used in industrial wheels, and you use depends on implementation of work environment, and load levels.
* Plain bearings - usually used with a light load, intermittent applications, but vulnerable to wear and rectify areas in terms of moisture or dust
* Roller bearings - robust and ideal for regular use of light for medium
* Official Ball - Precision bearings for strengthening the forces of radial Moderate to high
* Bearings tapered roller - used with large wheels Heavy Lift
* Sintered - used for high temperature, to minimize friction
* Teflon Short Sleeve - used to reduce friction and is usually used for lighter loads that agglomeration bronze
Use this information to select the best combination of materials, wheels, bearings and greatly increase their productivity and increase the lifetime of your wheels. Take time to choose the best components will also reduce costs in the long term.
